1. Who we are
Bedrukjeshirt.com is a trading name of MagicEverse. We print shirts to order with the design you put together in our designer. Questions about these terms or your order? Email us — we reply within 1 working day (Mon–Fri).
2. Ordering and made-to-order products
- Every printed shirt is made especially for you, based on your design, colour and size choices.
- After placing your order you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Please check it carefully: what is on the confirmation is what we print.
- We are not bound by obvious mistakes or errors in prices or offers.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding any shipping costs, which are shown separately at checkout.
- Volume prices apply automatically to larger quantities; the checkout always shows the current price per shirt and the total.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after ordering, with tracking, in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Express (1–2 working days) and collection are available as options at checkout.
- Any delivery time stated is an estimate; exceeding it does not entitle you to compensation, but we will keep you informed.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Printed shirts are made to order. Because every shirt is made to your personal design, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). Printed shirts therefore cannot be returned.
- Is there a print error or defect in your order? Let us know within 14 days of receipt with a photo — we will always put it right with a new shirt or a refund.
- Unprinted (blank) shirts can be returned within 14 days.
6. Your design: rights and indemnity
You are responsible for your design. By ordering, you declare that you hold all necessary rights to the images, texts and logos you upload or put together, and that your design does not infringe any trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights or other rights of third parties.
You fully indemnify bedrukjeshirt.com/MagicEverse against all third-party claims — including costs and damages — arising from printing your design. We print what you supply and do not review designs for rights.
- We refuse designs that are discriminatory, hateful or otherwise unlawful. In that case we cancel the order and refund the amount.
- We may not print third-party brand names and logos (sports clubs, bands, characters, companies) without permission from the rights holder.
7. Publication in "Fresh off the press"
- We may only show your design in the showcase on our homepage if you tick this option at checkout.
- We review every publication before it goes online. We never show your name or personal data with the design.
- Want a publication removed later on? A single email is enough.
8. Quality and guarantee
- We print using wash-resistant DTF technology. The print stays looking good if you follow the care instructions below.
- Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed result; this is not a defect.
- The 3D view in the designer is an indication of the end result, not an exact representation.
Care instructions
- Wash at a maximum of 40 °C, inside out.
- Do not tumble dry.
- No bleach or fabric softener.
- Do not iron on the print; if necessary, iron inside out at a low temperature.
- Do not dry clean.
Damage to the print caused by not following these care instructions is not covered by the guarantee.
9. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness.
10. Privacy
We only use your data to fulfil your order (printing, shipping, order confirmation) and do not keep it longer than necessary. We never sell your data to third parties.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. We will first try to resolve any dispute together; if we cannot reach agreement, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
